Medicare Part D Covered Drugs
Drugs covered by UA Medicare Group Part D are found in our formulary. A formulary is a list of drugs covered by our plan. Drugs in our formulary are selected by UA Medicare Group Part D in consultation with a team of healthcare providers and represent the prescription therapies believed to be a necessary part of a quality treatment program.
UA Medicare Group Part D generally covers the drugs listed in our Formulary as long as the drug is medically necessary, the prescription is filled at one of our network pharmacies, and other plan rules are followed.
