Medicare Part D Covered Drugs
Drugs covered by UA Medicare Group Part D can be found in our formulary. A formulary is a list of drugs covered by our plan. Drugs in our formulary were selected by UA Medicare Group Part D in consultation with a team of health care providers and represent the prescription therapies believed to be a necessary part of a quality treatment program.
UA Medicare Group Part D will generally cover the drugs listed in our Formulary as long as the drug is medically necessary, the prescription is filled at a one of our network pharmacies, and other plan rules are followed.
